- Dashboard — overdue and upcoming tasks, warranties about to expire, and big-ticket replacement alerts, all at a glance.
- Seasonal schedule — 16 pre-loaded tasks spread across spring, summer, fall and winter. Mark one done and it reschedules itself for next year, or snooze it for a full season.
- Appliance register — brand, model, location and purchase date for every appliance, with its age worked out for you and a warning 30 days before any warranty runs out.
- Service providers — your plumber, electrician, HVAC tech, roofer and handyman, with phone numbers, ratings and notes.
- Repair history — every repair logged with its date, provider and cost, plus lifetime totals per system so you can see where the money goes.
- Replacement planner — projected replacement years for the roof, HVAC, water heater and more, each with an estimated cost and a savings-goal progress bar.

How to open: Download the ZIP after checkout and unzip it — your phone’s Files app can do this, or any computer. Open the HTML file in your browser (double-click on a computer, tap on a phone), add it to your home screen if you like, and start with the seasonal schedule. Your data saves automatically every time you make a change.
