Welcome to Planorva. These terms govern your purchases from Planorva at planorva.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. What you’re buying
Planorva sells digital products: planners and Notion templates delivered as instant downloads. Every product is a single HTML file (plus a short README) that runs entirely on your own device. There is nothing physical to ship — after your payment is confirmed, your download is available right away on the confirmation page, inside your account if you created one, and through the download link we email to you.
2. Your license
Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the product for your own life or your own business, on as many of your own devices as you like. The license is non-transferable. It does not allow you to resell, share, redistribute, or publish the files (for free or for a fee), include them in another product or bundle, or present them as your own work.
3. What you need to use them
Our planners open in any modern web browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari — on a computer, tablet, or phone. No internet connection is required after downloading, no account, and no subscription. Your entries are saved on your own device; we never see them.
4. Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes where we are required to collect them. Your card or wallet is charged when you place your order.
5. Refunds — the Planorva 30-day guarantee
Covered by the Planorva 30-day money-back guarantee: if it doesn’t work on your device or isn’t as described, email help@planorva.com for a full refund — no forms, no questions. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
6. Delivery issues
If your download link doesn’t arrive or won’t open, write to help@planorva.com and we’ll sort it out — a replacement link is always free.
7. Updates
We improve our planners over time. When a product you bought gets an update, you can download the new version from your account at no extra charge.
8. Fair use
Please don’t try to break, reverse-engineer, or misuse our products or this site, and don’t use them for anything unlawful.
9. Limitation of liability
Our products are tools for planning and organization, provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planorva’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
