Stratia Studio ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit stratiastudio.com or buy from our store, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect only what's needed to run the shop, we never sell your data, and your app data never touches our servers at all.

1. Data we collect

When you place an order, WooCommerce collects your name, email address, billing address, and order details so we can process your purchase and deliver your download. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (PayPal); we never see or store your full card number.

When you create an account (optional), we store your name, email address, and order history so you can re-download your purchases.

When you contact us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

Reviews: if you leave a product review, your name (or chosen display name), rating, review text, and any photos you attach are shown publicly on the site.

Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep your cart, remember your login, and remember your preferences (e.g. currency). Our SEO plugin does not track you across the web, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your app data: our products are single HTML files that save everything on your own device. We have no access to the data you enter into the apps — it never leaves your computer or phone.

2. How we use your data

• To process orders and deliver your downloads
• To provide customer support
• To send review-request emails after a purchase (you can ignore them; we send at most one per order)
• To improve the store and prevent fraud

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Who processes your data

• WooCommerce / WordPress — powers the shop and stores orders on our hosting server
• PayPal — processes payments securely
• Our hosting provider — stores the website files and databases

Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Review content stays published unless you ask for removal.

5. Your rights

6. Security

We use SSL encryption across the site and keep WordPress, WooCommerce, and all plugins updated. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
