Travel Planner Pro keeps a whole trip in one HTML file on your phone: the day-by-day plan, every booking confirmation, the budget, and who owes what. It works with no internet at all, which is usually when you need it most — mid-trip, on a plane, or standing in a station with no signal.

Group trips usually end up scattered: the plan in a document, the costs in a spreadsheet, the hotel confirmation buried in somebody’s inbox. Here they live together. You build a time-ordered itinerary for each day, file flights, hotels, cars and tours in the bookings vault with their confirmation numbers, and log spending against your budget as you go. Shared costs can be split between the travelers you choose, and the app works out the settle-up list for you.

• Trip dashboard — a live countdown, budget spent versus remaining, spend-per-day-left, and today’s itinerary.
• Trip profiles — as many trips as you like, each with dates, destination and traveler names; switch between them anytime.
• Itinerary builder — a day-by-day plan with time, title, location, notes and cost; add, edit and reorder freely.
• Bookings vault — flights, hotels, cars and tours with provider, confirmation number, dates and cost.
• Trip budget — a total budget with expenses sorted by category (flights, stays, food, activities, transport, other), and the remaining and per-day amounts worked out automatically.
• Group cost split — record who paid, split it among selected travelers, and get a clear list of who owes whom.
• Packing checklists — reusable lists with beach, city and hiking templates included, copied per trip and open to your own items.
• Settings — JSON export and import for backups, plus a reset to start fresh.

A 3-step welcome tour opens the first time you use it, and a sample 5-day Bali group trip is preloaded so you can see every feature working straight away. You can explore the live demo beforehand. This is a digital download: one HTML file for any modern browser on iOS, Android, Mac and Windows, with no account, login or subscription, and your data stored only on your device. Because the file is fully offline, it keeps working on planes and abroad with no roaming charges.

How to open: Download the ZIP after checkout and unzip it (the Files app on iPhone or a file manager on Android will do it, or use any computer). Open the HTML file in your browser and start planning; the “Add to Home Screen” option in your browser menu gives you a one-tap icon. To move your plans to another device later, export JSON from Settings on the old one and import it on the new one.
