Refund Policy

Our promise is simple: love it, or get your money back.

Every Planorva product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If an app doesn’t work on your device, or it isn’t what the listing described, just email us at help@planorva.com within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no questions, no hard feelings.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

We make simple, practical apps, and we want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn’t right, tell us and we’ll make it right.
