Description
Homeschool Planner Pro is built around a simple idea: record what your family actually did, and let the plan adjust around real life. Instead of rigid timetable boxes that collapse the first time someone is sick, you log the day as it happened — date, student, subject, time spent — in about twenty seconds, and anything unfinished carries itself forward to the next day.
If a sick day or a trip interrupts the week, one tap pushes the whole queue forward a day. Nothing has to be rewritten, and nobody starts Monday already behind.
The 8 modules
- Dashboard — today at a glance, so you can see where each child is up to.
- Students — a profile for each child.
- Daily log — the quick entry for what you actually did, subject by subject.
- Carry-forward queue — planned work that did not get done rolls forward on its own.
- Attendance tracker — running counts for state requirements.
- Resource library — links and materials kept in one place.
- Portfolio builder — printable records for reviews or co-ops.
- Settings — JSON backup export and import, plus a start-fresh reset.
It is made for homeschool parents who want proper records without the busywork: attendance counts for state requirements, a portfolio that prints cleanly from any browser, and a plan that bends instead of breaking. The whole planner is one self-contained HTML file that runs on phone, tablet and computer. No account, no login, no subscription, and no internet needed after download — your data is saved on your own device. You can see how the daily log feels in the live demo.
How to open: Download the ZIP after checkout and unzip it. On a phone, tap the HTML file to open it in your browser and use “Add to Home Screen” for app-style access; on a computer, double-click the file and it opens in any modern browser. Then log your first day — it takes about twenty seconds.
